Quotes and service scope

Our cleaning labour rate is $50 CAD per cleaner per hour. Quote requests and preferred dates are subject to review and availability. Estimates do not confirm a booking. We agree on tasks, expected time, any travel and supplies charges, tax where applicable, total, deposit and balance before the visit. Deep cleaning is not offered at launch.

Deposits, cancellations and changes

A deposit is required to confirm a visit and is credited toward your total. Its amount and payment instructions are stated in your final quote. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are supplied for agreement before any payment. No cancellation fee is imposed by this request form. Changes in work or property condition may require a revised quote, which must be agreed before additional work begins.

Supplies, access and safety

Residential clients provide appropriate cleaning products and working equipment. We provide cloths. If our backup supplies are needed, a disclosed flat fee must be agreed before use. Please secure valuables, identify delicate surfaces and hazards, and keep work areas accessible. You may remain home, but the team needs clear space to work. Access and arrival arrangements are agreed beforehand.

Your information and photos

We collect the contact details, property address, requested date, cleaning instructions and photos you submit to prepare and manage your cleaning request. Your submitted information is stored in your client record. Uploaded photos are used for service assessment and job records. Marketing use requires separate permission. Avoid including people, identification, payment information or personal documents in uploads. Photos do not establish exact room measurements.

Email signup

Email signup is optional and separate from requesting a quote. If you opt in, we save your name, email and consent for cleaning tips and service updates. The checklist can be downloaded immediately after a successful signup. Automated email delivery is not yet enabled in this preview.

Payments and signatures

This preview does not collect payments or signatures. Payment provider, bank payout connection and final signature workflow are pending setup. Do not submit banking details through quote forms.
